The Absence is gearing up to record their third full length album and follow up to 2005’s From Your Grave and 2007’s Riders Of The Plague. The band is known for their catchy guitar melodies and soaring solos, as well as involving their fans in their music as much as possible. They’re taking things a step further this time around and want to know: do you think you have what it takes to play a guitar solo on The Absence’s new album? They’re giving one lucky fan/guitar shredder an opportunity to play a solo on a new track!
